At Calm Connect, our mission is to empower neurodivergent families through compassionate, trauma-informed support. We aim to create a safe and nurturing environment where parents and caregivers can access resources, connect with one another, and develop non-punitive parenting strategies. By offering workshops, community-funded events, and safe spaces that include activities like art for well-being, play therapy, and yoga, we foster healing and connection. Our approach emphasizes active listening and understanding, enabling families to navigate their unique journeys with confidence and resilience. Through collaboration and shared experiences, we aspire to build a strong community that uplifts and supports every member.

I am an Autistic and ADHD solo parent to two Neurodivergent sons. I founded Calm Connect which  is a trauma informed Parent Guide focusing on reframing, daily care, compassion and healing. I provide  safe space and support parents/carers in Neurodivergent families. Focus on active listening, inner child journeying and non punitive parenting approaches. I provide 1-2-1 support and also welcome to join my free group or follow my social media where I will share any events or courses.
